Even though the phlebotomy program was accelerated our instructor Jessica made the information easier to understand and remember. I would have like the class to be a little longer so we can get mor lab Time and also a chance for internships and to take a textbook after the program ends. Other than that it was great 👍🏾 …
I truely believe the instructors here work to help us strive and accomplish our goals. Utmost patience and teaching skills. Everyone teaches in their own way but the lessons are all unified and they have helped me get passed all the exams and clinicals.
I will recommend anyone to come here to study and prepare their medical careers!
I took the phlebotomy 2 week night class and the teacher Jessica rocked she was amazing teaching and guiding me to learn how to draw blood tests and how to be an excellent phlebotomist but one thing I didn't like is how little we are able to actually practice the arts on actual people. A thing I think is needed is either an externship or longer class time or more class days to practice on each other.
Front desk rarely answers the phone. I would recommend going in person if possible.
I attended AMTI for their CNA program. Nadine was amazing! Best instructor there. Barb and Carol were good as well. I definitely felt prepared after completing the course and started working in the field. I’m so grateful they had many options for scheduling like morning, nights and weekends. They understand people have to make a living and have personal lives, while trying to attend classes.
Great Phlebotomy course! The instructors were friendly and answered all questions. Highly recommend.
I just completed my EKG course at Arizona Medical Institute. I had a great experience with this school starting from day one with admissions until the last day of the class. Don't expect this course would be easy without studying every day and reviewing over and over. I have to say that my instructor, Mariah Mathis, helped me understand and succeed in this course. She is the best at teaching the material, and incorporating real-life scenarios from her experience, allowing students to benefit from seeing how course content plays out in real life. Mariah is very passionate about the subject and very knowledgeable that she will answer every question her students have and make sure they fully understand the material before they finish the course. I feel so fortunate to have been placed in her class.
My Daughter goes to school here. Barb is very rude to my daughter. Other girls have also informed me of barb’s poor attitude. School should be a nurturing experience. Barb attitude is so poor, it gives students anxiety!!!
The staff at this school is wonderful. They do their best to help us every time. The EKG class that I attended was challenging for me but Mariah, our instructor, does her best to make it very simple and easy to understand. She shows a lot of examples and makes sure that we have enough practice. She ensures that everyone is on the same page when it comes to the lessons.
